Select one or more services, briefly describe your need and send your request in one go.

Your request is sent to the relevant partner with IQA Network in copy; the partner contacts you with an offer and details.

Is registration and searching free?
Yes. Customer registration and searching the capability list are free of charge.
I did not receive the verification email. What should I do?
Check your spam folder. You can resend the verification email after signing in to the portal.
What happens when I create a request?
The selected services, your description and your contact details are emailed to the relevant partner, with IQA Network in copy. You also receive a confirmation email and can follow your request under “My requests”.
Can I combine services from different partners in one request?
Yes. You can select several services; each partner only receives the part related to its own services.
Who makes the offer, and who do I sign the contract with?
The offer is prepared according to the scope of your request. Which parties the offer and contract are between is clarified based on the structure of the project; IQA Network stays informed throughout.
What is IQA Network’s role?
IQA Network is a solution ecosystem that brings together experienced experts. It connects your need with the right expert in the ecosystem and follows up on the process.
Who is my information shared with?
Your contact details are only shared with the partners of the services you request and with IQA Network. Details are in the Privacy Notice.
What if I can’t find the service I need?
Write to us at info@iqa.network. We will review your need with the experts in our ecosystem and get back to you.

Do I join under my own brand?
Yes. Every partner takes part in the ecosystem under its own legal identity and brand; your independence is preserved.
What are the terms of joining?
The terms of joining and collaboration are discussed in a one-to-one meeting, based on your way of working.
How do I get an account?
Partner accounts are created by IQA Network. After an introductory meeting you receive an invitation email with your partner ID and a link to set your password.
How do I add my services?
On the portal you can add services one by one with a form, or in bulk with the Excel template you download from the portal.
When does my information go live?
Your company details and services go live after approval by the IQA Network team. When you change approved information, the previous version stays live until the new one is approved.
Can customers see my contact details?
No. Customers see your profile and services; your contact email and phone are not shown. Requests reach you through IQA Network.
What should I do when a request arrives?
The request email includes the customer’s contact details. When you contact the customer, simply copy IQA Network (info@iqa.network).
